What exactly does it cost to join Avitus Group? If an employee situation arises and I feel the need for legal advice, should I call my attorney?
Regarding cost, we do an analysis on exactly what our costs will be to provide you good service and still make a profit.
On the second question, don't call an attorney. Call us immediately and tell us everything. Please call us even if you only have a hunch something is not right. Waiting and hoping the whole thing will blow over is not a good strategy. Only good things can happen when we get involved early. As the clock ticks the chances of avoiding a mess begin to deteriorate.
I have an office environment and don’t feel the need for safety. Can we opt out?
Interestingly, office environments are not necessarily immune from injury issues. How many people do you know personally or professionally that have had Carpal Tunnel surgery? Back, neck, and vision problems are also common in office environments.
We can analyze your workspace and suggest ways to make it more ergonomic for the employees. It makes them more productive and prevents injuries. We can also implement a stretching program if it makes sense.
Most businesses that want to opt out are worried about time wasted on training that is not necessary. If you don't want it, there are options. One of our most commonly requested trainings for office environments and retail establishments is CPR. We can even locate a defibrulator at a good price and teach the staff how to use it.
I am an employee at a small company with only 12 employees. What can Avitus Group do for me?

It's not about the number of employees as much as it is about the needs of the business.

Avitus Group has teamed with Skylight One to provide a Visa checkcard that can be loaded each payday and used at ATM's and retail stores everywhere with no fees. The employee can even wire money and write checks. If they want, they can get a text on their phone of their current balance.
