Art Geiger brings over 37 years of business leadership to his role as Chief Executive Officer at the Avitus Group. Art also has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Great Falls, MT, and has studied at the University of Wisconsin and Notre Dame.
Art’s vision for the Avitus Group has elevated the standards found in the PEO industry today by combining resources in ways that deliver more long-term value and stronger relationships to company clients. Art has also worked hard to foster an environment where high expectations, trust and honesty are lived out everyday.
As the VP of Marketing, Ken oversees all of our operations in marketing, sales, marketing staff training and new business initiatives on behalf of the Avitus Group.
Ken brings our clients almost 30 years experience in small business, including 14 years as a small business owner and over 7 years in management with the National Federation of Independent Business. Ken has been with us over the past 9 years as a Department Director, Vice President and Board Member.
Don joined us in 1999 and has served in several management positions within the corporate human resources department, overseeing recruiting, compensation, human resources administration and compliance. In 2004, he was named director of the department and then became the company’s Chief Operations Officer in 2005. In his current position, Mr. Reile is responsible for the operation of all service departments including Human Resources, Safety, Payroll and Benefits. Don has also been involved and responsible for prioritization, planning, coordination and execution of major projects, which span multiple areas of the company.
He is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and has served on the Board of Directors of the NW-NAPEO chapter. Prior to joining the Avitus Group, Don worked for several years in the retail industry with the CR Anthony Co. and Stage Stores, Inc. He has more than 25 years of business-related experience, including 12 years in operations and management.
Steve Bentley is the Chief Financial Officer for Avitus Group. Steve holds a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and has over 30 years experience in public and private accounting. He grew up in Southern California, and spent considerable time in Colorado and Wyoming prior to migrating to Montana.
As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for the management and accounting of the company's funds. He manages company investments, cash flow, and its banking relationships. With his tax background, Steve is also involved in the acquisition and management of the benefit offerings for the company. He also consults with clients who have financial management needs.
